Dan L. Fennell, 78, of Rostraver, formerly of Ford City, died Monday, November 21, 2022. He was born August 23, 1944 in Ford City, a son of the late Clifford and Eugenia Fennell. Prior to retirement he was employed by US Steel Clairton Works. Dan was a member of Holy Family Church, West Newton.

Her daughter, Rosanne, a Registered Nurse, spearheaded all of Maria’s medical and personal care, with the assistance of her siblings and her children. These tireless, triumphant efforts gave her family nearly a decade of precious time with Maria that they would have otherwise never had. In 1975, Maria became a crossing guard in Northeast Philadelphia, covering a busy five-point intersection. This part-time job was ideal since it allowed her the time she needed to also care for her father who was living with her family at the time.
